Redbox Has Ceased Operations

As of 2024, Redbox has permanently shut down all rental operations. Most kiosks have been removed from stores and decommissioned. If you still have a rental disc, you can keep it as there's no way to process returns and their servers are offline.

  • All kiosks are permanently offline and cannot process payments, nor access your Redbox Perks account
  • Customer service and phone support is no longer available
  • If you still have a disc rental, keep it - returns can't be processed
  • Nearly all kiosks have been decommissioned and removed from stores
